Tracking is the heart of DFIMail. A database record is created for each data file submission in the system. At each transaction point the database record for the submission changes status and a transaction database record is created.

• Data Notification Points can be set along the way:
• File Received - And how
• Each Record added to database after passing validation
• Awaiting approval / & Approved and by whom
• Address Cleansing - time, date of address cleansing or NCOA
• Presort Job creation - Electronic combining & Co-mingling
• Printing - When the data was printed and which documents were printed
• Emails sent to address (stores content & mail receipt)
• Payments made and approved - Time & date or approved (All details & status).
• Reports generated -Time date
• Document viewed & time & Date of viewed, by whom, from what IP address, etc.
